Ans.:
4:1 And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.
 
 
2. What sign or ability did God give to Moses to convince Israel that He had appeared to Moses?
 

Ans.:
The ability to cast a rod to the ground and it would become a snake, then to take it by the tail and it would become a rod again, and also the ability to put his hand into his bosom and it would become leprous, and to put it back into his bosom and it would return as his other flesh.
 
 
3. What was Moses to do if the people of Israel would not believe either of those signs?
 

Ans.:
Moses was to take of the river water and pour it out on the dry ground and it would become blood.

Ans.:
He was not eloquent and was slow of speech.

Ans.:
God said He would "be with Moses' mouth" and teach him what to say.
