Teriyaki Meat Marinade
 
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 TB Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
 
Heat all ingredients over low heat until sugar dissolves.  Let cool.  Pour over meat & marinate overnight or at least 8 hrs.
This is great for any meats, especially chicken, beef or pork.
