SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

From the kitchen of Sandy Ditoro

 3 C. SWEET POTATO ( COOKED AND MASHED)

 1/2 to 1 C. RAW SUGAR ( OR USE HONEY)

 1/2 C. BUTTER

 2 EGGS BEATEN

 1 TEASPOON VANILLA

 1/3 C. MILK 

   MIX AND PUT IN  BAKING DISH, TOP WITH  THE FOLLOWING TOPPING.

 TOPPING

1 C. Raw Sugar

 1/2 C. FLOUR

 1/3  C. BUTTER

 1 C. CHOPPED NUTS

 MIX WELL AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF POTATOES.  BAKE IN 350 DEGREES OVEN FOR 25 MIN
