Strawberry Nut Bread
 
3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
2 cup sugar
2 pkgs (10 oz) frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs, well beaten
1  1/2 cup oil
1  1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
 
Glaze:
1/4 cup strawberry juice
1/4 cup sugar
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 2 loaf pans.
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.  Combine strawberries, juice (reserving 1/4 cup juice for the glaze) eggs & oil.  Add to dry ingredients.  Stir just till dry ingredients are moistened.  Fold in nuts.  Spoon batter into pans.  Bake 1 hour. 
Mix strawberry juice & sugar for glaze -  spoon over loaves - let stand 2-3 minutes then remove from pans.
