For younger ones who aren't ready to count, pick several animals and insert them into the song "one little Indian"

One little, Two little, Three little lions, Four little, Five little, Six little lions, Seven little, Eight little, Nine little lion's Who made the lions "ROAR?"

God made, God made, God made the lions, God made, God made, God made the lions, God made, God made, God made the lions, God made the lions "ROAR!"

This song would be fun with puppets, stuffed animals, pictures, or even as an action song.

Pass soft stuffed animals to the children as you sing: I'm a little pink pig and God made me,

I'm a little pink pig and God made me.

And I'm as happy as I can be.

(Sing about each animal and then ask

what each animal says.)

Put animals in the wagon (Inexpensive plastic wagons can be purchased at Walmart for less than $3 apeice) Let the children pull the wagons and discuss being kind to animals, God made the animals and sing the following song:

Fuzzy Caterpillar

Fuzzy caterpillar climbing up a tree.

He wiggled short, He wiggled long

He wiggled straight at me

I put him in a box and covered with a lid

But when I opened up the box

A butterfly instead

Now I could never make one

Not even if I tried

Only God in Heaven

Can make a butterfly!
