What's Cookin'

Sesame Chicken and Vegetables 
makes 4 servings
 

 

                                                                          

                                                                           1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

                                                                           2 tsp peanut oil

                                                                           2 cups broccoli and cauliflower florets

                                                                           2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce

                                                                           1 tsp sesame oil

 

 

 
 
 
1.  Cut chicken into bite size pieces
2.  Heat a wok or large frying pan on med. heat until drops of water "dance" when sprinkled into the wok or pan.
3.  Put the peanut oil into the pan and swirl it to coat the pan.
4.  Add broccoli and cauliflower and stir fry until broccoli turns bright green.
5.  Add chicken and stir fry until cooked.  Cover pan and simmer for 5 minutes if vegetables are not thouroughly cooked.
6.  Stir in teriyaki sauce and sesame oil and serve.
