Quick Shrimp Gumbo

Ingredients needed.
1 box of Zatarain's New Orleans style Dirty Rice Mix
I/3 c chopped onion
thin sliced fresh okra about 1/2 cup (more if you like okra)
2 cans of chicken broth
frozen cooked and deveined shrimp about 1 lb. (more if you like)
Cook rice as stated on the box. Then to the rice add okra, chicken broth and
onion. Cook gently until onion and okra are done. (I put mine in a pressure
cooker and cooked it 3 minutes after the pressure gauge began to whistle) Remove
from heat and add thawed shrimp. If it is not hot as you like cook for a few
minutes on the stove top just long enough to heat the shrimp through and
through. Do not over cook or your shrimp will be rubbery. Stir throughly and
serve with flap jacks or cornbread or french bread.
