Quick Peach Cobbler 

 
1 or 2 large cans sliced peaches with syrup  (this totally depends on how many peaches you want in your cobbler...I often use 1 large can with one 1 lb can which seems to be about right for us)
1 stick butter, melted
1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup sugar
cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla
 
Pour peaches with syrup into 13 x 9" baking pan.  Sprinkle the sugar over peaches.  Then sprinkle cinnamon & nutmeg over.  (approx 1 tsp or more depending on your taste) Then add 1 tsp vanilla..Mix all together till blended. Put dry cake mix over peaches.  Melt butter & pour over cake mix.  Cook at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.
 
*So easy & good enough to take to fellowship dinners.
