favorite salad in here since his brother's was here too
Small pkg peach jello
2 c sliced peaches, reserve juice
9 oz Cool Whip
1 c boiling water
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add 1 c of peach
liquid. Add fruit (I usually cut each in half for easier eating)
Chill until softly set, but still liquidy. Add Cool Whip and blend
well--I use a mixer. Chill until set.
