OT-NT DIFFERENCES is a
mini-course. By that you may understand that the lessons are not as long as they are in some other courses. However, the memory work (listed at the bottom of this introduction) should be studied regularly in order to learn those valuable facts.WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS CLASS:
1. You will need a King James Version (KJV) Bible for all lessons. All questions and answers will be from the King James Version.
2. You will need a good concordance. If you do not have a Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, you can look up passages on
http://www.Biblegateway.com. Be very sure to reset the default version to KJV. There may be other times when you need help to find references. One fairly reliable concordance is Treasury of Scripture Knowledge found at http://www.studylight.org/con/. For a special topic study, Nave’s Topical Bible may also be found at StudyLight.3. You will also need ample free time to complete each lesson. When taking classes like this one, you will be more likely to complete the lessons on time if you start early in the week. Each lesson is due on Saturday. Don’t give up if you fall behind on one lesson. Just email me and let me know to look for your lesson a little bit late.
HOW TO SEND LESSONS:
1. Please COPY and PASTE the entire lesson into a new email message to send to me at:
dhjohnson19@earthlink.net2. Please also make sure that your answers are in a
different color than the lesson itself.3. In the subject line of each message, please try to remember to include the acronym for the course, the lesson number and your name:
OT-NT, Lesson 1, Sally Jones.4. Without fail save a copy of your completed lesson until you receive the graded copy back from me. I would hate for all of your hard work to be lost if your message is lost in cyber-space! It is a good idea to save copies of all your lessons in a safe place on your computer just to be sure you have them until the course is finished and you have your grade.
5. I pray that you will be challenged and encouraged by this study of the How God Deals with His People in the Old and New Testaments mini-course. I have already benefited greatly from making the lessons for you, and I look forward to learning more from each of you!
6. Please take a few minutes to tell me a little about yourself. I will be praying for each of you to do well and grow spiritually.
