I Corinthians 15:1-58 What Does The Bible Say? 

1. Does the teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ include His death, burial, and resurrection? (I Corinthians 15:1-4)

2. Were there some New Testament Christians at Corinth who were saying there was

no resurrection? (I Corinthians 15:12)

3. If Jesus was not resurrected from the grave, can you and I still be in sin (a transgression of the will of God)? (I Corinthians 15:17)

4. Is our dying physically referred to as “sleeping”? (I Corinthians 15:18)

* Use a concordance and see what you can find out. Are there some other passages

that bear this fact out?

5. What is the last enemy that Jesus will destroy? (I Corinthians 15:26)

6. What did the Apostle Paul mean when he said, “I die daily”? (I Corinthians 15:31)

* Check this out. (Galatians 2:20)

7. “But some man will say, How are the dead _________up? And with what _____do

they come.” (I Corinthians 15:35)

8. Find out what Paul means by the words: “sowest” and “quickened”. Is he speaking of

a literal planting? How does a thing die and yet live? (I Corinthians 15:36-41)

 

9. If the body is sown in corruption, how is it raised? (I Corinthians 15:42)

 

10. Is there a difference between our physical body and the body we will receive at the

resurrection? (I Corinthians 15:42-49)

11. Can flesh and blood be a part of the life to come in eternity? (I Corinthians 15:50)

13. Can we have a victory over death? (I Corinthians 15:57)

14. What exactly is death? (James 2:26)

15. Should one who is a New Testament Christian fear death? (Philippians 1:20-24;

II Timothy 4:6-8)

16. Does the Bible teach that an individual must put to death the old man of sin and in fact bury that person in a watery grave for salvation? (Romans 6:3-18; I Peter 4:18-22;

17. Will there be a Judgment Day in which all people from all times will be brought into question for the lives we have lived here on earth? (Hebrews 9:27; II Corinthians 5:10-11)
