Monkey Bread  

 
3 cans biscuits
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup nuts
1 cup brown sugar
2 TBS water
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp cinnamon
 
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.  Slightly flatten & roll each piece in mixture of 1/2 tsp cinnamon & 1/3 cup sugar.  Grease Bundt pan, place nuts on bottom of pan, then place layers of biscuits in pan.  Combine butter, water, brown sugar & cinnamon & boil for 2 - 3 minutes.  Pour over biscuits & nuts.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.  Let cool for 10 minutes, then turn out onto serving plate.
 
* These are so good!  Great to have for brunch or a special breakfast.  Kids love to help make the biscuit balls & roll them in cinnamon/sugar mixture!
