1/2 c butter-cut into small pieces
36 pecans halves
1/2 c brown sugar
cinnamon
1/2 c mayo---not Miracle Whip
2 c self rising flour
1/2 c milk
Place 2 tsp butter, 2 tsp brown sugar and 3 pecans in each cup of mufin tin-12
cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat in 375* oven until melted.
Mix flour, mayo and milk. Spoon into cups. Bake 12-15 minutes.
Invert.
