Jesus was born in Bethlehem.
The
king who ruled the country at that time was named Herod. Wise men from
the East came to Jerusalem looking for Jesus. The Bible does not say
how many wise men were looking for Jesus. The wise men called Jesus,
“King of the Jews”. The wise men knew about Jesus and who He was
because God had told them in the Scripture. God gave the wise men a
star to follow. The star led them to Jesus. They wanted to find Jesus
so that they could worship Him.
