Lesson 8
Sixth Day
of Creation, Part 1
Let's open up our Bibles
and study Day 6 of the creation week. Find Genesis 1:24-25.
Genesis 1:24-25 "Then
God said, "Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its
kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its
kind"; and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth according
to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the
earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good."
Hmm,
what does 'according to its kind' mean? This means that there are
different types of animals. There are dogs, cows, monkeys and
squirrels. Cows are a kind of animal and dogs are, too. Also,
everything that creeps upon the earth, all different kinds, were made on day
six.
