Lesson 1

The First Day of Creation Part One

Star_3.jpgPlease open your Bible and read Genesis, chapter one, verses one and two.

Genesis 1: 1) In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2) The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Star_3.jpgLets practice looking up another passage in our Bibles that has to do with God’s good creation. Please find the following verse in your Bible and fill in the missing word.

Isaiah 45: 18) For thus says the Lord, who created the heavens, who is God, who formed the earth and made it.

On the very first day of creation, there was NO light at all! Tell about the darkest place you have been and what it felt like.
