Hello again! Welcome back to our Bible study at Kids’ Korner

Be sure to study last week’s lesson before you begin our new study.

Our reading assignment for this week is John 6:22-27.

Living The Lesson

What is your favorite food? Maybe it is a nice tender pot roast and gravy. Hopefully it isn’t ice cream! We couldn’t be healthy eating only sweets. We cannot be healthy in our souls without God’s word. Jesus called God’s word food that gives eternal life.

How can we take in God’s word? Read Psalm 119:112. The writer asked God to teach him. When we are taught the word of God, it can give eternal life if we obey it.

Another verse says that we should "Let the word of Christ dwell in us…" (Colossians 3:16). How do you think we can get the word of God into us?

If you said study God’s word, you are right! We can listen to good teachers and preachers. We can study by email, using Kids’ Korner. We must study the Bible to know what God wants us to know and do. Be sure to consider the Bible a treasure. Some people in the world cannot have Bibles. We are so blessed!

To Remember!

The signs or miracles that Jesus did proved He was telling the truth! He is the Son of God!Near the end of his book, John explains why the miracles were written for us. Look up the verses to fill in the missing words.
