John 3:1-21
John 19:38-42
Give
a brief description of what you found Nicodemus doing.
In
John 3 He was talking to Jesus. Jesus tells him about the
new birth.
In
John 19 Nicodemus is bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes,
about a hundred pounds, for Jesus' burial.
In
your own words tell me what you know about the new birth Jesus
mentioned to Nicodemus.
The
new birth is baptism for the forgiveness of sins (Acts 22:16; Acts
2:38), it is by water and the Spirit (John 3) and baptism
puts us into Christ (Rom. 6:3; Gal. 3:27), He is the only way to
the Father (John 14:6).
