From the Kitchen of June Smith 2 large diced ripe
tomatoes
1/3 cup diced
onion
1 or 2
serrano or
jalapeno
peppers (remove seeds and dice)
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro Garlic salt to taste.
Place ingredient in a mini chopper and chop gently 10 seconds. Great with tacos, burritos or enchiladas or serve with corn chips. |
