HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE   

1 c flour
3/4 c sugar
2 TB cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
2 TB vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1 3/4 c very hot water
Mix flour, sugar, 2 TB cocoa, baking powder and salt in 9X9 baking pan.  MIx in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth.  Spread evenly.  Sprinkle with br sugar and 1/4 c cocoa.  Pour hot water over batter.  Bake @ 350* for 40 minutes.  Let stand 15 min.  Spoon and invert on serving plates.  Top with ice cream and spoon sauce over each serving.  makes 9 servings
