He's There 24/7

 I will lift up my eyes unto the hills -- from whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.

 Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your Keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.

 The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and even forevermore. (Psalm 121:1-8)

 Today we hear the expression "24/7" from companies that tell us they are there for us all the time, every time we need their help.  That makes me think of God who really IS there for us 24/7.  He doesn't sleep or slumber.  He doesn't go on vacation.  He is never "out to lunch" or "in a meeting." 

 He is our Keeper, always watching over us.  He has all the answers to all our problems.  He can and will help whenever and however we need Him. 

 Isaiah 49:16 tells us, "See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My Hands."  That is the extent that HE cares -- He inscribes our names on His palms.  We are ever before Him.  No matter your status in life, He is your Helper, your Keeper.  

 Isaiah 25:4 says, "You have been a  strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat..."
