To remain faithful and to mature in one's faith we should surround ourselves with other Christians who sincerely love God.
Praise the LORD! I will praise the LORD with my whole heart. In the assembly of the upright and in the congregation. (Ps. 111:1)Many who are new in their faith are in much need of good role models. Those young in the faith need to be able to witness good role models in the congregation when we are worshiping and fellowshipping as a church family. Most of all, the new convert needs to be able to observe Christ like examples in his daily Christian walk.
Christians need to be more aware of how their daily living can affect others. They can either build someone up or they can cause them to stray. Christians must be careful not to become a stumbling block to their weak brothers.
But beware lest somehow this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to those who are weak. (1 Cor. 8:9)Being a good role model is an awesome responsibility that each Christian should not take lightly. The old saying that actions speak louder than words will always remain a true statement.
