Fried Potatoes and Gravy

 
Cut up about 4 or 5 potatoes and slice for frying
Get oil hot and put in potatoes to fry add seasoning salt and cover.  When they begin getting soft you can finish frying uncovered.
 
Gravy
 
    oil
    self-rising flour
    Kentucky Kernel Seasoned flour
    Milk
    Water
 
Over Medium heat, Get oil hot (I cover bottom of pan good with the oil) add in about 3 or 4 TBS flour and 2 TBS of the KY Kernel flour, mix and as it start thickening add milk, it usually still gets thick and then I begin to add water 'till I have it at the thickness or thinness I want.
 
I pour it over our fried potatoes.
