1/4 cup oil
1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
6 oz chocolate chips (1 cup)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour oil into 13 x 9" pan & cover to coat bottom of the pan.
Add remainder of ingredients & mix till completely blended, scraping sides
frequently. (do this for about 2 minutes) Mix by hand, NOT by mixer.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
* This is such an easy recipe that kids can do it or help with adding the
ingredients & stirring.
The other great thing is.....No Mess to clean up...you make it & bake it
in the same pan!!!
The results are wonderful....very chocolately. No need to frost!
