choices...Choices...CHOICES
Beginning as a child
Until my final days on earth,
Choices are made
over and Over and OVER again.
Do I choose to
walk
In the counsel of the ungodly?
Do I choose to
stand
In the path of sinners?
Do I choose to
sit
In the seat of the scornful?
If this be my choice,
Then I will be like the chaff
Which the wind drives away.
I will not stand in the judgment
Nor in the congregation of the righteous.
I will perish says the Lord!
Do I choose to
delight
In the law of the Lord?
Do I choose to meditate
In His law day and night?
If this be my choice,
Then I will be as a tree
Planted by the rivers of water
Which brings forth fruit in season
And whose leaf shall not wither
But shall prosper.
The LORD knows the way of the
righteous!
Blessed is the man Who
walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful (Psalm 1:1)
Blessed
is every one who fears the LORD, Who walks in His ways. (Psalm
128:1)
