Chocolate Cheesecake Bars
 
10 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter                                 14 oz Eagle Brand Milk
1 egg                                                2 c graham crackers
tsp vanilla                                        8 oz. cream cheese
1 c pecans
 
Melt chips and butter for 1 1/2 min in microwave.  Add cracker crumbs.  Set aside 2.3 c for topping.  Press into 9 X 13.  Beat cream cheese, add e.b. milk, egg and vanilla.  Stir in pecans.  Pour over crust.  Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.  Bake @ 325* for 30-35 min.  Cool and chill before serving.
