1 lb browned hamburger
1 c cooked rice
3 c chicken broth
1/2 c grated carrots
1/4 c celery
1/4 c onion
2 cans cheddar soup
8 oz. cream cheese with chives
extra milk
Simmer meat and veggies for 15 minutes until tender. Add the rest of the
ingredients. Warm, but don't boil as it will break. Thin with milk
to desired consistency.
