Buffalo Chicken Dip
       -makes a great appetizer
3 shredded cooked chicken breasts
1/2 - 3/4 c Frank's hot sauce
16 oz cream cheese
1 c Ranch salad dressing
1 1/2 c shredded Cheddar Cheese
Heat chicken and hot sauce over medium heat.  Stir in cream cheese and dressing.  Continue cooking and stirring until melted.  Add cheese and mix well.  Heat until cheese is melted.  Set in a dish and bake for a few minutes.  I like to broil so the top get nice and bubbly with a little brown.  Serve with Ritz crackers or tortilla chips.  Can be frozen in a freezer bag.
