Thank you for your prayers! Glen was very
receptive the other night. He said he wanted me to do what I chose to
do. I am already seeing provisions for Home schooling curriculum and
possible extra income for Glen.
By the way, one of the traits of a
virtuous woman was rising up early to feed her family. Because I leave
the house about 2 hours before Glen, I usually let him prepare his own
breakfast. This past week I prepared breakfast every day. He finally
asked me what was going on! I could tell it influenced our communication
throughout the rest of the day!

Dear Sandy,
Just wanted you to know
that I turned in my notice at work today. The principal was a little
shocked and spoke very kind of me. He prayed with me and asked God's
blessing on our decision. I also told the kids tonight.
We have shared many tears, but I told them how excited I was to see
God's blessings on this choice. We have already
began to make a wonderful list of things we will be FREE to do next
fall! One of those is attending a mission trip to Cleveland, GA. that
took place after we went to school.
I'm writing to continue with your coveted
prayers. I plan to tell my co-worker and my mom tomorrow afternoon. This
will be the hardest part. I guess I haven't mentioned that I work with
my mom at school! I am pulling her grandchildren away from her daily
time. It is not going to be easy! Thank you again for your time with me!
Love,

Good Morning
Sandy,
Thank you for your continued
encouragement.
I told my mom. She was really upset
at first because she remembers the first time I stayed home. I think
maybe I have given you the wrong impression of my parents. They are
wonderful, loving, Christian parents.
However, job security and knowing where
the money is coming from is very top on their list. My dad
"retired" last spring, but is still working 35 hours a week
because he is scared to not have the money coming in. I just knew this
was going to be a hard concept for them. I asked for their prayers for
Glen's leadership and for peace in our home.
I also told my co-worker. She cried! She
said she could not imagine anyone else behind that classroom door. I
promised her that I would come occasionally and do something fun with
her class and that we would stay in touch. She is a wonderful person and
I will miss her so much next year.
The kids are getting more
excited. They want to tell their friends today. We named our school
Geedville Christian School or GCS for short! I am
getting excited to see all the possibilities!
Have a Blessed Day,
Aneta
