ALEDA'S
(Sandy’s step mom‘s) PUMPKIN BREAD
3 1/2 c.flour 3 1/2 c. sugar
2 t. soda
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 t. salt 1 c.
oil
1 T. nutmeg
1 T. Vanilla
1 T. cinnamon 1 c. pecans
4 eggs
Mix all
together, grease 4 coffee cans well to top. Fill each one 1/2 full.
Bake approx. 1 hr. @ 350º
