Ryan's Smoothie Recipe
1 banana
2 cups frozen strawberry
1 cup orange juice
1 cup soy milk (protein)
3/4 Cup yogurt
1 T honey
Pinch of Kosher Salt
I also stir in benefiber for that extra boost (opt.)
I never actually measure when I mix so this is just a rough estimate.Makes
enough for three 12 oz. glasses.
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbl. lime jce.
2 large cloves garlic
4 boneless chicken breasts
Put chicken in large plastic bag and marinate. Turn bag over to coat. Marinate total of 20 minutes. Briol chicken, skin side down, 5 inches from heat 8 minutes. Turn over; cook 6 more minutes.
BEEF -N- NOODLES
Stew meat or inexpensive roast Salt Pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Mushroom soup Egg Noodles Sour cream, 8 oz. Water Place meat and seasonings in a small amount of water in the crockpot. Cook till tender, about 6-8 hours. Add mushroom soup and sour cream. Cook and drain the noodles and add to the meat mixture. It's ready to eat! CROCK POT CHICKEN AND BROWN GRAVY.2-4 frozen chicken breasts (in plastic bags in frozen section)
1/4 C. teriyaki
garlic powder
Onion, cut up
2 Cans Cream of mushroom soup
In Crock pot put in all ingredients in order. Spread soup on top to cover ingredients. Cook on LOW all day (8-10 hours). I break my chicken up in the delicious gravy it makes after it's cooked and serve it over rice with a green veggie.
POTATO STROGANOFF
Potatoes (Enough for 2 layers sliced in crockpot)
Ground beef (2 lbs.)
Cr of Mushroom soup (2 cans)
Sour cream (16 oz.)
Onion powder or onions
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Brown the ground beef and add the soup, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Slice the potatoes as thinly as you like them and place a layer in the bottom of the crockpot; salt and pepper it to taste. Place a layer of half the meat mixture on top of that. Do another layer of potatoes and salt and pepper; then top that with the remaining meat mixture. Put the lid on and cook it till it's done. About 8 hours on low.
